Blocked gas meter shutoff valve is a fire hazard.

In the event of a leak the shutoff would be inaccessible.  This was a barrier to keep vehicles from hitting meter on driveway side of house.  We recommend removing rocks and concrete from blocking this meter and installing pillars or structure to protect it.
