Hello there –

"Thought I’d send you a little follow up note since you did our house inspection. Our builder was very respondent to the items you listed."

"They have fulfilled all the requests. The “major” ones I was concerned about were the findings in the crawlspace and the exposed drywall on the closed garage door."

One of the biggest surprises they did was install the “French drain” between the houses. In fact, they have went and installed a few others around mine and the neighbors property!!

Janice was a customer that had never seen her home. She was an out of state buyer, so we took more then 30 of pictures for her. We like our customers to be present during our inspections, but when they can't we always take a lot of pictures to give them the information to make informed buying decisions.

During a couple of recent inspections for Carrie we found 2 homes with potentially hazardous electrical panels. She needed a electrician to check them out right away. We referred her to Brad Gartin of C&R Electric, we have worked with them for decades. Looks like it all worked out well.

Thanks so much and I will definitely keep you in mind for my next inspection. Just an update, the sellers agreed to replace the roof and there is an issue with the septic system/tank that was not disclosed but we have worked everything out. Thanks again for your thoroughness and professionalism!
